Mostly used by government agencies, this service is less complex, without needing the use of Burgio's License and Consultation Agreements. 

This service is offered to international (non-United States) corporations and governments that have their own manufacturing location/s. This allows a company to be more flexible and can use their research design and manufacturing sites.
